Volleyball coach Rick Faulk brought outside hitter Roy Lara and setter Emmanuel Zaragoza.
Golf coach Neil Reed said that 19 players came out for the team this season, then presented senior Cameron Cena and junior Nick Tompkins.
Neither golfer ever played before coming to high school and Reed said they have steadily improved each year.
Reed also thanked the staff at Blacklake Golf Course and PGA pro Jim Delaby for their help and instruction.
Athletic director Greg Dickinson thanked his coaches for their dedication before presenting softball and track.
From track Dickinson introduced sophomore Brent Dianisio and junior Fernando Basulto.
Last week Dianisio won the high jump, long jump and triple jump. He also owns the school record for the high jump at 6’ and Dickinson is convinced Dianisio will break that record this season. Basulto won the 110 hurdles, 300 hurdles and was a member of the winning 4x400 relay team.
Senior first baseman Amanda Orrell and freshman third baseman Myranda Morales represented softball.
