PVHS tuba player, Ramiro Medrano, has auditioned and accepted a tuba spot in the Blue Devils B Drum and Bugle Corps based in Concord, CA. Ramiro has been playing tuba for about a year and a half with the PV band. He joined to learn tuba in the beginning band and soon continued into the marching band, concert band, and most recently Panther Brass.
Drum and bugle corps is an activity that kids ages 14-21 can participate and have the opportunity to learn from some of the best staff members in the world. Drum and bugle corps is the major leagues for marching musicians and it is a great honor to be offered a position.
