NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT

All new students enrolling at Pioneer Valley High School must complete the online enrollment forms. In order to complete the process, you must have an email account.

FOR ALL NEW ENROLLEES GRADES 10-12

Once you complete the online enrollment, bring a copy of the Enrollment Confirmation page AND the  required  documents to the Registrar's Office anytime Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  No appointment is necessary.  Documents can be sent electronically to iesparza@smjuhsd.org.  
NOTE:  Enrollment is not complete until documents are submitted.

INCOMING 9TH GRADERS   ***Disclaimer for Class of 2025 only

Enrollment and registration is a 2-step process.

STEP 1
Students must complete the Course Registration Form to select courses for next year. Most students already completed this step during the counselor presentations.

STEP 2
Parents must have an active email account to complete the Online Enrollment in order for students to be enrolled in classes at PVHS next year. 

***Due to the pandemic, all enrollment and registration will be completed online.  Confirmation pages and documents will not  be required unless one of the following applies:

  • Family has recently moved and the addresss provided by the JHS is different from the current address.
  • Student lives with caregivers/guardians who are not the parents.

Placement Information  Math/English/International Language
These placements are based on multiple measures such as teacher recommendation, assessment tests, and English essay. If an in-person assessment cannot be safely administered, then students will be assessed during the first week of school for possible placement adjustments.
